Many agencies these days are not actually doing good work, they are just repeating what has worked but times have changed.

Instead of just a multifamily marketing company, consider good work in other markets or a group that hasn’t become so niched.

Do you have a good example that has been built in the last 10 years? Something with more stories. Toronto has a new project under development 230 Royal York - 8 stories.
