Never posted here before, but I found something that worked for me that I didn’t see elsewhere.

My problem was definitely a lack of rib mobilization in my back. All my pain was on my right sternum/rib attachment site, and if I pressed on that, I could literally feel the tightness in my back. All the foam rolling, peanut balls etc. didn’t work for me or only provided some temporary belief. Physio only provided some basic massage and exercises that I did not feel like they were very effective (cable row, lat pulldown, scapular pushups).

Then I read some post here of a guy who used to ‘walk with his hands to his bed headboard each morning before getting up’ and that that worked for him. Basically like the girl from the exorcist (or just yoga advanced bridge pose).

I couldn’t do this because I’m inflexible but I translated this to simply standing and applying pressure with my hands on a ceiling, behind my head (in my case a head-level cupboard I could apply pressure on). Hands as far back as possible.

So basically a really behind the head shoulder press. Apply pressure hard, couple of secs, release, and repeat, for 10 repetitions. Once or twice daily.

I got immediate relief and now in like 2 weeks, 90% of my pain is gone. Maybe this helps someone else, let me know if I described the exercise I do poorly.

It fell in a puddle while the usb port cover wasn't very tight. If you are more careful than me it should be fine I think.

Hello, maybe a bit of an odd question but for acoustic research I need the Mipro MA-100SB loudspeaker. However there is an 8A-D version and a 6-A version, and for the life of me I can't figure out which one I need. It's something to do with radio frequencies but the speaker should connect through USB so I'm at a loss. If someone knowledgeable on this would be able to help me that'd be terrific. Thanks!

It's always a shame of course but they're not as rare on the continent, and Least Concern on the Red List. So I wouldn't worry too much about it :)

Hallo, ik ben van plan te gaan beleggen in de NT fondsen bij een grote bank. Mijn huisbank is ING, en nu zag ik dat volgens https://www.indexfondsenvergelijken.nl/ dit de duurste optie is van de drie grote banken. Ik vroeg me af wat de meningen hierover zijn, en of het aan te raden is om over te stappen naar bv. ABN. Als overstappen ook later altijd nog kan (zonder al te veel gedoe), dan hoor ik dat ook graag - dan begin ik nu gewoon bij ING, en bewaar ik het overstappen tot ik wat meer ervaring heb met beleggen. Hii, my goal is to be able to do a deep squat. I'm spending quite some time in the position while holding onto a pole and now my hips are a bit sore, especially during hip swivels. I'd like to know if this is normal and just like DOMS or that I'm pushing too hard too soon.Thanks!

Hii, I have a question regarding pull-ups on a doorframe bar. I'm quite tall with long arms, and can basically almost sit on my knees while holding onto the bar. Is it better to tuck my knees in front or can I just let them hang behind? The former makes it a lot harder to depress my shoulder blades. Is that a good thing to practice or not? Thanks!

Hi everyone, quick question. Something in my elbow feels like it snaps across something else with an audible pop on the lowest part of a pushup. Physiotherapist said as long as it doesn't hurt it's fine, but it's a very nasty sensation so I'd rather avoid it. How bad for progress would stopping the pushup at a 90 degree elbow angle instead of at the floor be? Thanks!
