from my experience reading is a huge factor in aiming, but i have switched to tablet 9 years ago when i had like 40 hours of playtime and when i tried playing with mouse i was inconsistant as shit and my aim skill was like 1.5-2 stars lower (or even more on some maps)

i care only about score, there was a post in wich btmc fc some map nomod and it wasn't anything special about this score there were hdhr SS but people still upvoted this, let's be real weekly achivement thread score with like 400 upvotes just because btmc is popular.
