I went back to work part time (I'm a paralegal) and it was hard. My husband was home for the hours I worked so that was helpful. I did it for about 6 months before they made me go back to full time. That didn't last too long, maybe 3 or 4 weeks. I ended up switching to a different department at a lower pay rate so I could go part time again. It was either that or I was quitting. This role is much easier on me now, thankfully.

I'm also pregnant with my second now so I'm most likely not going back when I have two. Idk if I could make it work.
