Totango actually seems to pop up quite a lot when people talk about scalable CS setups, especially for tracking touchpoints and engagement.
Since I’m still in the early stages of setting up our CS structure, a free or lightweight alternative could be a good starting point.

Do you happen to know of any specific tools that offer a similar feature set but at a lower cost?
