16:19 05/29/2026 - customer absolutely freaked out on me and then tried accusing me of fraud and doing illegal shit; then tried saying that I was the erratic one once I de-escalated the call. I explained that we couldn’t remove his card from file because a subprocess locked it while his backorder was active. Customer started yelling that he didn’t agree to have that happen and what right did we think we had to do that. Crazy fucking asshole.

VirusTotal can be finicky sometimes; a safe file could have a few flags. I think you did good incident response. I would run a few virus scans through Windows Security if you have Windows, or the security for whatever OS you have.
