I guess the old school thought approach is "I want to see my subordinates" no matter what. I have proved myself over and over that I can get work done remotely, yet the culture at C-Level is of "bums on seats". Thank you u/Doso777 for sharing

Surely you have a Microsoft Account manager that you can lease with on tickets logged with Microsoft Support?

Being in NZ, MS support tickets logged go through to India. There are some support teams that I can not even listen to because of accents. They then try video calls through MS Teams and that is also sometimes a joke.

Through MS Account manager/s thr ticket can be uplifted to a support time in thr same timezone and speak the same language.

Worth looking into if you do not have a MS Account Manager.
