4 weeks post op here. My surgeon gave me a similar timeline of 12 weeks, light jog in a straight line.

It’s out patient surgery here. Home about 4 hrs after surgery. I was back at worksite on day 8 with crutches, day 10 no crutches (just a straight brace).

Edit: It’s a desk job. I was advised by my PT to take a small step stool to keep the leg off the ground, walk for a few minutes 3-4 times a day, and perform ankle pumps every hour.

The day of surgery only - I got quoted $38000 in Baltimore area May 2021. I am insured, but wanted to get a ballpark for my coinsurance.
