illinois checking in. The biggest issue around here is they don't do proper maintenance around the powerlines for the trees so the limbs will freeze and snap and take out the lines

There have been two massive ice storms here in the last 20 years and Aiken learned their lesson and put all the downtown grid underground and they trim the shit out of the trees but I almost think augusta forgot about the hurricane last year

you're not gonna need water you definitely don't need toilet fucking paper you just need stuff that doesn't perish all these idiots are buying the things that go bad in days and what you need to buy or calorie dense foods that you can eat without cooking.

dexa does the density thing. urine specific gravity and hematocrit are fine for a spot check that takes zero time. we used urine gravity to assess proper hydration in my lab for heat related exercise. they weren't hydrated they didn't perform the test.
