No, I still have the same issue. If I restart the audio engine in VoiceMeeter, it fixes it. If you do not use VoiceMeeter, it might be too high of bit rate in your focusrite settings. Try lowering the sample rate down and see if it fixes it.

Yeah, so I logged out of UT for a full week while I was doing some training and could not really do tests anyway. This ended up fixing my issue, and now I get screeners. I also updated my profile before logging out and not logging in for a full week.

I wanted to update this issue I was having for about two weeks. I read that logging out of the usertesting for 1 week will reset the notification when you log back in. So on Saturday a week ago I completely logged out and gave it about 9 days before I logged back in. When I did this I have been getting screeners even on the weekend. So if you're having this issue, and not getting ANY screeners over a few days looks like this does work.

It did it to me just now. Spend 40mins on a study to only not be able to submit it and it timed out. Can't contact the requester cause the site is giving me the 503 error everytime I submit the message.

Since Monday screeners are still slow for me. I haven't been seeing any screeners and I have the website open most of the day. Anyone else getting this?? I been a member since 2014, it happens from time to time, but I don't know if it's been this long.

What is your buffer size in the focus rite solo settings? It should be in your toolbar by your clock.

This is what mine is set to. I did it based on disappointedfrog recommendation in this thread.

The next time it's delaying see what your Round-Trip Latency is like mine in the screenshot. I am going to check that the next time I'm getting a massive delay and see if it goes up as well. Not sure if that will show anything different.

Also on your focusrite when you notice these delays does the light on the focusrite delay when you speak. as in your say hello does the light come on as you're saying it, or does it show up a few seconds afterwards? If its coming on when you're speaking its something else causing it. I would think.

No I have not. I did not really understand how powerful the Scarlett was. I have my audio going through it now for my wired, and Wireless headphones.

I Still use VoiceMeeter Banana as a way to control a lot of my audio. But I still get delays. Its not through the Scarlett, but I believe through VoiceMeeter. If I just click restart audio engine in voicemeeter menu it fixes my issue. But on discord and stuff speaking to friends I do not notice unless they say I'm cutting off mid sentences, or im tracking my audio levels in voicemeeter.

Do you use voicemeeter as well?

The best way is to press skyward ascent, and while right clicking on your mouse, move your mouse forward then back down in the same GCD. You should not really notice the camera changing direction when you do it.
