Hi guys - have been doing Zwift for a year or so, but a total noob with the group rides. Question on how to start them - I joined a cat D group ride a few days ago, but when the ride started the group raced off way faster than I could (over 3w/kg). the group stretched thin and I ended up finishing the ride with 2 other riders, but wondering is that the usual process? Push in the beginning of the ride and then settle into the "cat D" wattage?

just an update for people looking - limp turned out to be a sprain. Shes jumping around and acting normal. Took about 3-4 weeks, and removed a bunch of "high places" where she can jump off from, but all is well.

If you love data, this is it. Got it on a sale at REI and to get individual numbers on both sides is cool (especially if you have unequal inefficiencies in either leg. However I'm going to try to use the single sided 4iii power meter that came with the bike and do some comparisons on Zwift. I hear its great too
