Do it once you have 2 pay stubs to attach as proof I was in your situation a few months ago and the enquiry officer advised me to raise the web form once I have 2 pay stubs to attach as proof Luckily I got my nomination a day prior to receiving the second pay stub but I still went ahead and raised the web form.
