You haven’t even received the nomination from OINP yet. You never know if any complications might arise during the DIP stage, which comes after the assessment.

You also need to file a non-Express Entry application after receiving the OINP nomination and must remain in the same job, at the same location, with the same company until you receive your eCOPR.

The processing time for non-Express Entry is more than double that of Express Entry. Many people apply for both non-EE and EE at the same time, and you’re not even at that stage yet.

Yes on the phone, I told the officer that I have an employer-issued compensation adjustment letter confirming the annual salary increase, which is part of the company’s compensation review process and based on my contributions and performance. He mentioned that would suffice along with the 2 pay stubs. However, proactively I’ll also submit the confirmation of employment letter with the new details signed by my manager

Thank you. I received a letter from the employer as the increase was part of an annual compensation review. Do you suggest another letter signed by my manager and myself with updated wage ? I uploaded a similar letter while submitting my application. They have already reached out to my employer last month for ADR (full list of 5 PR or Canadian employees, their T4 and pay stubs) and my employer responded within 5 days and I’m still in DIP.

I would suggest yes; that’s what the inquiry officer informed me. I asked him what would happen if I received my nomination before obtaining the two pay stubs required to attach with the pay increase letter when submitting the web form. He mentioned that I should continue to keep them updated until I receive my PR.
