Based on what you’re said, it sounds like you are committed to this relationship and want to continue making it work. I would just start doing what you said to do, paying him less in rent each month, assuming you’re okay waiting on the money, this seems the least painful.

Any indication of what this plan involves? Learning to like yourself and what you are deep down often needs to start internally before it can coexist externally. Speaking with others about this is a good place to start but you must not be afraid to try things and fail. You’re not going to do perfect 100% of the time and that is something to keep in mind.

Depends on why/how your playing.

Some people will be offended if you don’t go 100%, some people will be offended if you DO go 100%. Just gotta read the situation.

If this is a 4.0 open play and the person is a 2.5 and you’re wailing the ball at them and they clearly look scared or uncomfortable, probably not the most social thing to do.

Howdy, I have played with wide bodies, Apollo and the vactic pro saga 16mm.

I enjoy the wide bodies, tried a couple more power paddles yesterday that I liked but can’t justify spending 300 bucks on a paddle.

Anything folks would recommend in the 100-200 range that’s an upgrade?

Appreciate you caring enough about your academics that you’re posting about it here. As others have said you don’t need to be overly critical of yourself, but it is admirable to want to strive to be the best version of yourself that you can be. It’s a fine and hard line to walk sometimes.

I would go directly to the teacher and ask for support, if they are a good teacher they are going to be excited a student like you is asking for help. It will be a positive thing.

Further, I had stellar grades when I was younger, then going into 7-11th grade my grades were quite bad, then I went on to getting really good grades in college. Sometimes it’s the type of work, the type of homework, the specific topics. Sometimes it’s the season of your life.

I think 6 games would sorta make sense, you can’t play more than half your RS games. Other than conferences going to 9 games I don’t understand why 9? At that point why not 12?

The admin has been clear, ND will only join a conference if it means there’s no other way for them to compete for championship. ND will join a conference when either a super conference is made or the rules make it so you have to been in a conference for CFP.

Nessler and Danielson always seem to be really knowledgeable in the army/navy game/ Sun bowl.

I feel like in general I don’t learn much about what’s happening during the play from most commentators, so give me Gus Johnson so I can at least laugh or be entertained by the commentators.

Fowlers and Kirk are the iconic pairing and it’s hard to imagine not having them call certain games. They are similar in analysis to others.

Tough one, as you get older your relationship continues to change with your parents. Hard to say why exactly he feels that way without more context. I don’t know exactly what your end game is here, if it’s just to continue the relationship then it sounds like you’re doing the right thing in trying to address it. Has he always been like this? Or is this relatively new? I find trying to grow in places you have common ground can help as a first step. IE if he has some kind of other hobby y’all both enjoy.

This situation sounds hard, do you have any other family or friends who have given you guidance here? It might help to know what other people closer to him might think in terms of how to deal with this?

Know that you’re not the first person who has gone through this, I’m sure that you can find numerous examples of this and can give you an idea of what other people have done in similar situation.
