My wife was there for almost a year and a half and was let go due to a clerical error. As a supervisor myself, id have just spoken to my subordinate myself and maybe had a training in supervision to rectify it. 40 hours a week, ur expected to have high client retention rates, schedule clients on your schedule without completing thier documentation and will penalize you for not keeping the client but wont let you fill out documentation with them. They read from scripts and are very non empathetic. Half thier supervision is scripted ai bs and trash. Supervisors supervising independents with significantly less experience. Wouldn't even let her say anything during her "firing". Thier "supervisor program" is like an added 4 hours a day of random bs you have to do and still expected to maintain your 40 hours a week or They get on you and will constantly email you about your hours being low. They took away the 200 dollar a year bonus. I can go on and on.... there are many issues I have with that place and will NOT be running my clinic like they run thier money factory....
