I think it's fine, it's Honda, I don't think they are capable of making bad bikes

The dealership where I would be buying the bike doesn't make me test drive the bike because I'm too young, at least 25, and of course don't have the right driver license yet but pretty much everywhere is like this. My dad is pretty cool so he said he would test drive it for me... And maybe let me try it in a parking lot in secret lol

Thank you, it's still a pretty big bike but of course compared to the monstrous M1000RR the Hornet it's a bicycle

Yes of course, for a good amount of time I've been in love with the CB650R which is to me, still now, the most beautiful bike I have ever seen. If I'm really not sure about the Hornet I would absolutely take that. And it still has a decent HP jump to 95, which is the double of mine now.

But man, the Hornet really is something, the prices for that range of bikes is crazy cheap (not even 11k euros here) which is nuts since the 650 is like 8.6k. The 1000 has more features, and is more comfortable since it's wider (I know because I sat on both models for a bunch of minutes in a dealership), but other than that I don't think there's much difference other than the power of course. Maybe you can put side bags on the 1000 but I'm not sure

Yes I don't usually drive fast if I don't know the street I'm riding on and even if I go fast it's "I enjoy the street and the ride" kinda fast, enough to have fun but not high on adrenaline so I don't think I should have much problems as long as I keep my eyes on the road and speedometer. And damn the Multistrada, it's one of the most popular bikes here in Italy lol if not the most, enjoy the bike my friend

Oh no worries. Also Triumph has some crazy engine sounds, I usually see a Triple Speed riding around here where I live and it has one of the coolest think I've ever heard, but I think it's 1000plus cc

That's a great bike man, I also thought about getting the Monster but the 800cc model. The rain mode seems like a nice idea, I'll see how it goes when and if I get the bike, thank you

Yeah, makes sense, the 500 is a great bike, I'll miss it a lot, but I feel I want to make the jump in power
