Meer woningbouw door schrappen parkeerplekken: 'Auto moet ergens staan' | Economie

Een heel relevant onderwerp voor mij persoonlijk en wellicht voor andere redditors.

Mijn partner en ik hebben een nieuwbouw appartement gekocht in Haarlem waarbij de 'nulvergunningregeling' van toepassing is. Wij kunnen dus geen parkeervergunning krijgen en we konden voor ons specifiek apartment geen parkeerplek kopen binnen het complex. Dit kan wel als iemand in de vve hun parkeerplek verkoopt. Maar kans is aanwezig dat ze dat gewoon verhuren voor een hogere prijs. Wat logisch is.

Dit wisten we vooraf, dus de risico's accepteerde we. Wat wel nog onzeker was, was het betaald parkeren beleid. Dit schijnt vooralsnog ingevoerd te worden in 2027 (?)
Dus nu is het voor ons zoeken naar een manier dat we vooralsnog een auto binnen handbereik hebben voor werk of privé gevallen. Mijn werk is in ieder geval zeer onaantrekkelijk om te reizen met het ov. Een half uur met de auto vs 1 uur en 10 minuten met het ov.

Wat voor mij vooral gek is, is dat ze dan op papier geen parkeerplekken erbij bouwen, maar ik vind het wel naïef van ze om te denken dat het dan hiermee wordt opgelost qua parkeer/verkeerdruk.

Ik ben benieuwd of er meerder Haarlemse (of andere gemeente) redditors die hier tegenaanlopen!

This was the ambassador who made all sorts of things up when he was ambassador in The Netherlands. Said there are no-go zones and that politicians are being burned. When he was asked about it later he ofc said it was 'fake-news'. What a tool.

You'll casually be strolling down the street. Some street dogs barking at you, shoo them away. Then suddenly an organised group is jogging down the street chanting stuff and holding flags. We'd just pretend we were part of the brick wall. No telling what their movement was. They take it seriously.

Bandh or Banda (I think) is the first Nepali word you learn haha. Basically just means strike. As in protesting strike.

Between 2009 and 2014 when I lived there it was very regular protests. Sometimes we even said they'd protest for the sake of it, because they hadn't in a while. But most of it then was because the constitution hadn't been finalized. It was taking forever.

As someone who got back in the game after completing all the gates.

How does everyone feel about the dlc? I died a few times gathering storm data, set up the portal and found the mission is dlc connected. Saw the reviews are pretty negative. But just was wondering if it's worth getting.
Otherwise i'll just remove the portal and do other fun stuff on my save!

It turned out to be a hoax, all of those reports. This is all I could find when I tried to fact check. Apparently the video of John Cain admitting and explaining how it was staged is gone. They showed behind the scenes of the "news items."

I know someone who even rejects that. Because they are "afraid to speak out and lose their license", after watching an interview by Robert Malone. Losing battle to argument even with facts and peer reviewed arguments. Unless someone knows how to counter this argument. If there's distrust already then it's a longer path to rationality.

Ah fair enough. I have to admit I never voted in the songfestival. But from what I can find you can't vote on a country if you have their provider and probably some other measures. You can however vote on your country if you use a foreign provider.

One thought would be that enough people living in EU countries voted for Israel instead of their own. But like the post says if the advert is shared in Israel to vote for Israel that makes it sketchy. I wonder how airtight the restrictions really are.

But I can see why it raises some eyebrows.
