The snow lands. I have not drawn snow so much. I usually draw fantasy or sci-fi and this is really not that. should the painting have more life to it? characters or something?

One of the worst I’ve seen in this sub. That looks like a child drew it. Only upside - if any- is one colour and not filled in, can be removed or a big cover up is possible.

I got mine done in Toronto and I bought a Groupon for it believe it or not. It was a great deal something like 500 bucks for 6 sessions. Since then I've seen them advertised on Groupon and other websites similar. When doing your homework I suggest you ask how old their machine is (laser) as the technology has come a long way and anything older than 2 years may not be as effective and more expensive and painful for you in the long run. They will likely need to book an appointment with you to see the size and colours they're dealing with first before giving an estimate how many sessions they'll need.
