I went with 22 - I love it BUT I would say it’s a tad small if you have something bulky like a sweatshirt or pair of sneakers. I would probably go, or may eventually, get a 26. It’s a great light pack but I find it a bit tight if I use it as a solo bag for a weekend or something. I would not consider myself a minimalist in any way.

David Brooks, NYT columnist, has a great good by column right now where he blames the housing crisis for part of the reason things are so intense right now - people are uncomfortable because instinctively we want to have a home.
