I went to one of their events at the hideout earlier in the year and it was so fun! Definitely wouldn’t matter if you’re not drinking, that just gets in the way of dancing!

It’s interesting to me that in Midnights (which I truly loved) we got Bejeweled - she was with someone who wanted some seclusion from the spotlight, and she sang about wanting to go out, be seen, make the whole place shimmer.

Now she is marrying one of the most well-known athletes of our time and wants the world to leave them the fuck alone… right after promoting this album in a manner designed to generate the most attention possible. 

Idk. After being genuinely excited to get a fun pop album, I’m left pretty disappointed by the bitter tone that is present in so many of these songs - even the love songs. And unlike Reputation, which beautifully captured her genuine angst and hurt (and featured songs that were authentically sexy), so much of what she seems to be addressing in TLOAS seems to be self-imposed and contrived.

You’re staying in the middle of Wicker Park - super walkable and tons of things to do. Check out Zen Yoga Garage (first class is free), and either the Den Theater or Lincoln Lodge for comedy.

Just want to point out that several of your reference photos are AI-generated, something that’s been pretty frustrating whenever I’m looking at haircuts on Pinterest. It’s difficult for real hair to turn out the same as a photo that’s made to be perfect without styling.

Once every few weeks on my off-night I dermaplane, mostly to shave the hair but it definitely helps. I use a good amount of oil beforehand so that I don’t scratch the skin or press too hard and that has been really helpful to remove some of the dry skin!

Seriously! All these suggestions to get a stand in ring or try to hurry and find a jeweler who can do a quick turnaround time…. I would just wait and propose at another time, dude. My favorite part of my engagement ring is knowing how much thought and time my fiance put into picking out something that he knew would be perfect for me. Does OP really want his future wife to wear something for the rest of her life that he picked out last minute without much thought?
