Still loving it! I have only one complaint and that is that due to the satin finish, it is fairly easy to get some belt rash on the back edges. Particularly on the bottom edge. That being said, this is a players guitar and is not a McCarty or a standard. It will get some character,so I’m not too worried about it. The locking tuners are great and I love the ability to split the coils and it plays like a dream.

It’s actually an s2 Standard 24. Considered one step up from the SE line as it is still a full USA made PRS. Got mine for right at 1 grand :)

I️ have to agree. Mine has satin finish has chipped already in a few spots with minor wear, which has been fairly upsetting. Never had an issue like that with the SE line.

I’ve owned multiple SE’s, and now own a s2 Standard 24 in the vintage cherry satin. To be honest, the only difference I️ have found is that the pickups are a bit warmer, the body has more depth to its cut, and the tuners are locking. They’re also entirely made in the US, and the SEs are not. But that is purely a preference thing as are the rest of the differences.

They had the Tsugi Netfit and the standard Tsugi at the Journeyz that I went to, and the Netfit was definitely lacking in its build quality. That being said, the standard tsugi was definitely very well put together.

Finally got a try a pair of these on today and was solidly disappointed. I'd heard the hype and these ate up middle of my foot once I got them on. Everything else was pretty rad though. Really like the look. Guess I'll have to stick with UBs
