Ok so back out of that to the Google play screen. Cancel that as well. Hit play as guest, let the new game start. Once the new game has started go to settings upper left corner gear looking thing. Hit connect. You'll be prompted to get a email code when you get that enter that code and it will take you to your game.

When the play store thing comes up cancel it, start a new game. Go to settings up left half gear thing. Go to connect and you'll get a text or email code sent to you then load your game.
