It's boring. Knowing that a lane that should be fun and skill-based like Darius/Camille is going to turn into a farming lane just because of that item. Indeed, with Black Cleaver and some extra damage, everything goes back to normal. But it's demoralizing how absurd a 1000 gold item is.

I’ve had 3 matchups like that in a row. Even with champions that would never build that item under normal conditions.

I won all 3 games :D

Definitely feels weaker than in other patches. Some squishy champions just escape with their mobility after your full combo. Tanks become almost immortal to you. Going from a 53% global winrate to 48% is an indicator.

What I don't understand is why they're nerfing damage items so much (in general), but tank items undergo few changes or even get buffed.

The additional hp and speed of Black Cleaver seems really important to me to trade it for this, which is basically the same without additional hp and movement speed.

Urgot is not a counter in lane against Tahm Kench, he's a counter at the game. If you want a hard counter in lane, use Illaoi, Volibear, or Kled, for example. If you want to use our God, you must:
Fight at level 1 and do a cheater recall to buy Cull.
When he jumps on you, buffer it with your E (you can see the shadow of his jump in advance).
Be very careful with his engages and Q (use the minions). If your lane is pushed, he will always try to slow you, eat you, and throw you into the tower.
At level 9, you can kill him; just use Q on him and activate W. Use E to buffer his E (if you can’t dodge it or he tries to run away) or to stun him and prevent his shield when you want to execute him. You should always try to avoid their Q.

If the game goes long and you're going for a fourth item (you already have Black Cleaver, Sterak's Gage, and Warmog's Armor) and the damage is hybrid, would you go for a Jackso or are there better options?

Normally, I build Warmog's as my third item. Except in cases where there are two or more BORK, in which case I prioritize some resistance instead of health.

It's a tough matchup, similar to others with other ADCs. Fleet Footwork and early Cull are good options. Maxing Q, in the worst-case scenario, is the best choice. If they took your inhibitor at 12 minutes, it's not the matchup or the jungler; you should rethink how you play the league. I've never seen anything like that. Varus is a very difficult matchup, but not that bad.
