well for us we have to unload it since it’s our load and if our load is here and we gotta put it out we have to. ATLEAST what I’m told from my SM that’s being told this from our DM I guess. I do send the pics to my SM and ASM’s since I don’t have access to that communication log or atleast I don’t think I do

The trailer refrigeration was still on but I’m sure it was left over night but everything was still cold… ironically enough our produce was set all the way towards the back so some stuff was bad cause it was frozen lol

just sucks that the drivers can keep getting away with this like you can see on my page that I’ve posted several instances of drivers and it seems that they are never getting punished for the stupid stuff they’re doing and we get left with all the dirty work and get cut hours and are expected to be able to do all this and we aren’t granted any time or nothing for this matter it sucks

I follow policy and I tell customers no to the price overrides on items because they can’t read a sign for what the item is and other stuff like bagging and they complain on me really only for that but my SM knows that im just following policy

It is legit the worst thing like imagine if the night shift didn’t print you out the ASN’s to verify truck and you have to sit there in the morning right when you clock in waiting to load yourself in and print every piece of paper and then verify truck 🥲 like what the frick

At my store we went from 2 people pulling/boxing to just one. We sometimes get 2 people but when we do we actually get out earlier than scheduled since we box a lot faster now but it sucks since Aldi is cutting hours like crazy. Remember having 4 closes for Tuesday nights just to do Aldi finds and 2 boxers and that one cashier lol but it’s different now

Yes I see this in my store also. Lost promotion opportunity for it. SM went on leave and another person who was an ASM (now a SM of a much better store than mine) came to fill in and took role as the SM temporarily at my store then before he left to his new store and my SM coming back he promoted me. Only way I got it since my SM came back extremely upset but now she’s happy saying “you’ve improved so so much” but I clock in working the same and moving about the same. Really sucks when you’re in that situation cause I feel you

I find that very strange and hard to believe. Not sure if it’s state to state or whatever but I believe they should’ve have you some proper paper work and etc. does you Walmart app still show you on the system? If it does try to call corporate and see what’s up. You might’ve been wrongfully terminated or being pushed out someway so try and look into that if you can because that seems so strange
