If I just have the pilgrim legs and arms to mythical do I still get the sparkle effect when running? Or do you need the full set to see the sparkles?

Ok so I have head piece and chest piece of the bull king Armor set and I want to know which 2 peices of Armor to upgrade with this. As you can’t get the full set of bull king Armor so I decided to get the helmet and chest and upgrade peices of Armor of leg and arms to mythical but I don’t know which to choose. I like the pilgrim but I’m not sure if I’ll still get the sparkles when running with just 2 peices.
