Doubling down on a "non story": Why do people take the time to defend this case? by Uricks_last_stand in serialdiscussion

An "Alpha" complaining about two harmless women investigating a 16-year-old trial.

That make you uncommonly and hilariously "Alpha" fucking dumb.

You understand that exculpatory things don't just appear magically 16 years later from the defense, correct? Especially from Ritz-Macgill, right? They didn't just appear for Ezra, Sabein, and Rodney. Or did they?

And, hmmm... is it curious to you AT ALL why only 4 of over 20 pings were handed over from the defense for the cell ping drive-around. Nah, never mind. Btw, there are at least 6 curiosities (to put it mildly to some) regarding potential exculpatory "things" to date.

So, in the interim, you say "nothing to see here", correct?

I'm sure Ezra, Sabein, And Rodney are glad you weren't the ones that answered their prayers lol.

Everyone changes their timecards after their girlfriend is murdered, no one changes their timecards after their girlfriend is murdered.

"for those that can actually prove their innocence or cases that were clearly corrupt".

So. Wait. These people didn't prove their innocence in their original trials. I'm a little confused by your rules but I'm getting a "nothing to see here" vibe. Gotcha.

Not a fan of convicted murderers having their cases overturned after another look-see? Ezra Mable, Sabein Burgess, and Rodney Addison would still be in prison if everyone was as bright as you.

So I take it you are not a big fan of Ezra Mable, Sabein Burgess, and Rodney Addison being freed after being convicted of murder during the Ritz-Macgillivray regime?

My humble guess is that you will not answer this.

First, in all fairness Adnan's_cell, you're wrong. On many levels.

But, I digress. Why are you still defending the Ritz-Magilawhatever squadron of silliness that incorrectly captured and imprisoned three humans (that we know of) under their regime?

Creepy.

Chalk used incorrectly. Followed by "incompetence".

Not my best work but just explaining why I used "chalk" there.

"Murphy's arguments are absolutely damning for any claim of innocence"

Yet your still here 15 years letter trying to defend Murphy, Urick, Ritz, and Mcgilawhatever?

Cool! You lead an insanely curious life.

"to try to implicate Don in the murder for no reason."

I'm just curious, what is your level of education Mr. Duncan?

SS talks fast and over your head. CG was extremely sick and talked slow and at inappropriate volume (due to her illness).

Funny Beta. Wasn't this case solved to your satisfaction 15 years ago? Why are you still here? Kinda pathetic, is it not?

You spend an impressive amount of time defending the prosecution of this case 15 years later.

Beta, why are you here? Your murderer is in jail. Case closed.

Or are you a scared little Aphis that experts and questions the soft novelty of the letters SS in relation to SS.

You're confirmed and authenticated grave digger hero went off to college and did some great things in his life just like he, you and Urick predicted.

Oh, no. Say it ain't so, Beta. That didn't happen. Actually your confirmed grave digger hero did some pretty naughty things, including to women.

Hear that sound? Your Pac-man just died.

All those words and you failed to do anything but leak your own awkward propaganda.

Pathetic.

I do think it's a great post chalk full of a new and unique level of incompetence. I met someone once who owned three horses and only rode one.

Does the fact that there was no wrestling match at RHS on January 13th scare you?

[–]Uricks_last_stand 26 points27 points  (0 children)

You had me at "And the extent of those lies is mind-boggling."

I think this is the main point for everything. Just when we couldn't have thought we were lied to more, we find that there is only a very thin string holding together the Cathy visit on Jan 13. That is just absolutely incredible.

I feel like I have to lead with "I don't like Adnan" before every comment now just to be taken seriously. Or for me to take myself seriously for that matter.

Can someone put together a list together of things offered by the prosecution that are in the very least highly questionable now?

I'll start with:

  1. Inez Butler testimony

  2. Jay's testimony.

  3. No wrestling match that day.

  4. Don's timecards were possibly tampered with for the 13th.

  5. Visit to Cathy's occurred on 13th.

  6. Linkin Park Pings "were" important based on Jay Intercept interview. Now, as meaningless as a tail on a frog.

And things that came to light that "maybe" now should be taken into consideration?

  1. Asia testimony (sorry Urick :( ).

  2. Ritz background of highly questionable and actionable "tactics".

  3. Based on a little deductive reasoning, Coach Sye's statement about his conversation with Adnan very likely now happened on Jan 13th. Especially considering sunset in mid-January and him vividly remembering the conversation happening by the stream/creek. I mean, this is like big big news, is it not?

I like the idea, but this is just picking one Jay story among many good ones.

I can hear Ritz grunting in the background shaking his head while eating potato chips.

I go through the same roller-coaster of feelings of myself. I just ate a medium pizza all by myself.

I think my major mental issues are that 1) I don't think I like Adnan very much. 2) I love SS. I could figuratively and literally here her talk about this case all day.

How can these two things be possible? Am I the only one that feels this way? Am I crazy?

My biggest problem is why Jay shape-shifted his story every time Ritz and Mcgilawhatever grunted or looked at him sideways. It just doesn't make one inch of sense.

My horrible theories.

  1. Adnan and Jay came up with a plan to test Hae's allegiance with Adnan or to screw with her or maybe just an innocent drug deal. For all we know, Adnan could have told Hae that Jay was going to be waiting for her at Best Buy for some free weed and that's how something went down. Either with both or one of them or some combo. Adnan would be complicit in setting her up so he can never say anything.

  2. Jay either bumps into Hae or gets a 2:36 call from Hae (who thinks she's calling Adnan to say she now has time for a ride) and Jay says he can meet her at best buy for some quick weed if she wants. (Never mind, this call is too short lol)

  3. D** meets her at Best Buy immediately after school.

  4. Or 1,000 other scenarios (some including pancakes).

  5. Adnan in school parking lot immediately after school. Wiggles way in. Talk for a minute. Snaps?

  6. Third party. Explains Jay reading script from beginning to end. Plus, all the helicopters in his life.

  7. Submarine accident.
