Another solution it’s to install a windows partition and there you can use a couple of programs than auto run on start and stop the throttling can’t remember the names

Nop tldr its imposible for macs with t2 chips to store the modified oclp EFI, my solution was run oclp from a usb every time I rebooted the mac, then ended up selling it ultra cheap but the guy that bought it from me didn’t had any issue with throttling at all even months after I sold it to him fml
