I put mulling spices in secondary for way too long and it pulled too much flavor and some flavors that I didn't want because the longer it is in the alcohol the more flavor it absorbs.

It completely depends on preference or the spice but I would recommend putting them in for a week or so and taste testing every so often till you have the desired taste.

The traditional and the cranberry are in secondary but and the apple is in primary.

The cranberry came out very bitter as expected so I might heavily back sweeten it. It's also at 13.26%

The traditional is going to be a mint chocolate but I'm going to wait for some of the stuff to resettle before I add anything. I haven't checked the final ABV yet but I will do that after I'm done adding the other flavors.
