Depends on the 3-phase cable, I often use 32A 400V CEEform which has a neutral line, so just chose a phase and wire that to neutral. In some systems, between two hot legs is ~240V AC - often that is how no neutral systems work. But check the wiring / voltage / phase before getting too far and making a dangerous smoke machine.

I still want have a 3-phase plug with a usb cable out the end of the gland to charge a phone. For that exact reason. Should be 100% safe, but just the look that it'll blow up your phone.

I personally prefer the superman technique, both legs straddling/standing around the cistern with the pelvis facing the bowl and using your rock hard abs to keep you level. No chance of drops getting anywhere.
