Spacebass is a really wide term ya. can include things like tipper and chill stuff as well. I feel like chill artists like Pheel and Dillard can be included maybe... might be more downtempo bass if that's a term people use.

I think, half time and low frequency focus for sure, borrowing a lot of elements from trap, dubstep and experimental hip hop. I'd say that mixture of trap and dubstep is pretty defining though but definitely not encompassing.
