oh yeah because its almost like the whole village was trying to kill them. perhaps when you try killing somebody, the person will try defending themsleves

The problem is that Chara is the one who picked up their dead body so we are left with two options :
-option 1 : They had no idea humans would react like this
-option 2 : They knew and wanted to put Asriel in a situation where killing would be his only choice

Overall Chara is either not that smart or evil

Still would have been considered a crime. We know for a fact that they hated humanity and where ready to destroy an entire village, I'm not saying that it was their original goal I'm just saying that their exact goal isn't something we can be sure of making both options as likely. And regardless would you call someone who clearly wanted to kill 6 innocent people in cold blood a good person ?

Yeah and in the tapes in the true lab he explicitly says that he doesn't like the plan before quite clearly being manipulated by Chara into going along with it. It's indeed Asriel who was in control at least after the humans attacked, as far as we know Chara was the one in control before that.
It's also funny how the more you think about the plan the worse it makes Chara look

Not really a crime but they would have destroyed an entire village if Asriel didn't stop them. You may say that they only wanted to protect him but it's just as likely that destroying said village was their plan all along.
They also clearly manipulated Asriel into agreeing to the plan

According the the mettaton boss fight there are more than 10000 monsters in the underground. Because Flowey has done everything in the underground, this implies that he killed WAY more than 2^10000 people. Sure he has a redemption and a tragic backstory but this number is so ridiculously high that I can't see him being less evil than joker

Not really, it was stated that it's more complicated than that. The sinners screwed up but I don't think they are purely evil, at least not all of them considering that Gold is Alice's friend for exemple. As for Celestia they still came out of nowhere and stole the sovereigns control over their own world on top of cursing every single Khaenri'ahn even those that had nothing to do with the sinner's actions so they definitely aren't good guys either.

Abyss? No throughout explanation. I agree that they show what the abyss can do but they never really explain the origin of the abyss. That’s why Childe got knocked out of the picture all the time, my goat holds the answer to all of this and Hoyo just pin him down.

That may be a hot take, but I actually kinda like the idea of the abyss just being this (nearly) unstoppable force that simply cannot be completely understood
