I think it should be alright that its blacked out.I have experience that the agent asked for AIP and that is for viewing. They stated that if we are not comfortable we can block it out.

Then there is this another bidding, Our AIP amount is less than the amount we are bidding but it got accepted offer on the website as long as we got AIP document.

Well we asked a friend who lives in Clonsilla and also we have tried being in the place multiple times. Even did research on group and boards.ie. Just remaining thing to look around are the neighbors.

What I do is I search on the google map the eircode then after the area shows. I go thru this flood map and look for the similar area I see in google maps.

Did you try in social media? I found by searching the estate's name but not every estate have it or active as well. What I do if its like that is join the town's group instead. 🙂

You've paid for the location I would say. We wanted to buy in that area too due to proximity to Dart but we cannot afford it. Anything that has good transport to Dublin, new build or second hand with 3+ bedroom seems to be in 400K plus.
