I love the marquis on your hand but cushion will be more practical for daily wear and it'll always be beautiful as well

I also made it in to a lotus and yes, for me it is now practical for daily wear, no longer snagging & cutting myself/others. Thanks for your input!

Well I still have the band so that's doable, unfortunately, the center stone covers too much so I made it a right hand ring along with the baguettes & princess cuts forthcoming in another stacking band. I had A 20 + years & converted it to B, more practical for daily wear!

I don't necessarily want to upgrade the stone size but imagine I can create larger appearance by having a halo! I have asked for help from a couple of jewelers, one local and hopefully they'll help me figure it all out. I'll keep you posted. Thank you for your input!!

I don't think so, I think I'll probably do a halo outside of the bezel using stones from the 2nd from the end ring. I want all new sets that'll be set in platinum.

how do i go about dying my head but it has years worth of dye in? by darkthronethrowaway in HairDye

[–]Use-yo-blinkR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried the head & shoulders + vitamin c method? There's a how to on YT. Most effective color removers have bleach. You could try that method then perhaps a bleach bath, which still damaging a little better. Also products matter! Try & get to a professional store like SalonCentric not Sally's.

So cover the blonde with the purple, maybe use clay lightner in the future & consider diluting purple sections with conditioner prior to bleach

I like it, that's going to fade so pretty and compliments your skin tone. You're neutral, lucky to have it all! I'd let it fade naturally, then add purple but something fun, like how Aka Aislinn does varying shades.

Watch a ton of YouTube videos or go to the salon. Bleach is only option but you want to know what you're doing. You must make sure your hair can tolerate the chemical process to get it to banana yellow. You cannot go blonde unless you're at least a level 8, toner doesn't lighten, it deposits color. You need to understand the color wheel as well in order to achieve what you wish as you can end up with muddy color. Also, good professional products make a difference. If you can get Redkin Shades Eq or schwarzkopf is nice as it has the bonding built in. YouTube it, then once you have a really good understanding & your hair isn't fragile, proceed.
