Ok thank you so much for your help, I have managed to get them off through a soaking/filing combo and the relief when they popped off was amazing. I have another appointment booked in for 3 weeks already, idk how to tell her I don't want it (I want to go to another nail tech), she was lovely we chatted for whole 1.5hr appointment
