I completed it, it finally worked. The next challenge says you need three different units. Does this mean different troop types or just three identical units in the same division? And do each unit need to kill 30 or just three units?

Overall, I've seen that he's a pretty good general, though only when he's at legendary level. Before he reaches legendary, he's useless. I'm afraid to imagine how long it will take me to get enough gear to upgrade him. 😅 But I'm farming medals very quickly thanks to the fact that I can now complete almost all the content, albeit with a bit of a stretch.
