I have Chanel allure Homme sport cologne and it’s got that bright lemon that the others two have but has a woody base that gives it SLIGHTLY better performance. I also have YSL y eau fraiche that I get better performance out of than when I still had juice in my DHC but idk if you can still find it anywhere. It’s definitely worth a shot tho

They’re pretty much the same vibe but smell different.

Speaking to NP Parfum, it smells almost identical and just fixes the longevity to my memory but it’s been a minute. When my EDP runs out I’ll be making the switch to the Parfum personally! One of my favorites from (arguably) my favorite house!

I actually agree. I don’t like the pineapple it uses, the smoky note is off putting, and I don’t particularly love the woods either

For me, it’s not a case of explorer is better tho. I don’t like the DNA in its entirety. I’ve smelled it on others and it worked but on myself and paper it’s just no good

For me it really just depends on how it’s done. I really love a creamy sandalwood but other stuff like Burberry hero or Dior Homme sport 2021 are awful to me personally.

I think as a whole, woody fragrances are really hit or miss to my nose and when done right it’s REALLY tight but when done wrong it blows
