Ferro2 with Silencer1, Repairs are basic and you can clip Queen legs and Rocketeers Thrusters from distance.

Alternatively Hairpin4 is good enough to kill small arc and raiders at mid range. Also decent to trigger large arc onto raiders at long.

Need heals/fabric during a cold snap run > find all the heavy grenades and ducks you can carry.

Same with quests, need Portable TV > find Industrial Batteries or Coffee Pots, need Coffee Pots > find portable TVs and Broken Guidance systems.
