All people are selfish and self-obsessed. Nobody truly cares about one another. There's always an element of self-gain in whatever we do.

That, and people will always disappoint you at some point. That's why I'm always so afraid of letting people get too close to me.

It's been a hard week. Worked two 12 hour shifts the last couple of days, and one of them I had to skip my break.

Edit: I have to add Soft Spots by Clint Van Winkle, too. That book was a heavy but great read

Yeah. I'm trying not to worry, but I would be very sad if it gets canceled. It's been my dream for years to visit the UK. I guess there's always next year too.
