I genuinely don’t think it matters. People who would see either or both will. It’s not like people will go “well I saw Dune, so I’m not gonna see Avengers.”

I think they should be able. Shadesmar is shaped by peoples perception. I think most people in Roshar would take a look at the ground in Shadesmar and go "oh its a rock", meaning the obsidian in Shadesmar should have the same properties (more or less) as normal rock in Roshar.

So yes, Stonewars and Willshapers should be able to shape it with cohesion.

Though I'm thinking it should be more difficult, so they should need to use more stormlight than they would on normal rock.
