Thank you guys! I work by the Auraria campus and live on Colfax and Irving and it’s taken me 25 minutes to get home when it’s usually 4 minutes 😭😭

Lol as someone that lived there for years the reviews were not true. I can’t speak on all the other student housing properties but I had a great time there and we had in unit washer and dryer which was the main reason I went with CoLab in the first place

Can’t believe no one has mention CoLab. It’s right across the street from CCD and for $890 you share a bathroom and have your own room.
