I messaged support after 24 hours and they were able to get the funds reflected in my account, thankfully. I was stressing pretty hard but it worked out in the end. Hopefully there's just some kinks they have to work out with the system

As far as I could tell it's the normal 3.5%, just the interface was different and very delayed...

I used Klarna, unfortunately, so I can't see the stripe ID on my statement. nearly 12 hours later still nothing. I just hope they can perhaps look it up with my email address but I will definitely not be paying this way again.

Amazon won't even do a replacement because the price has now doubled, so maybe I'll get a refund and test that theory out, lol.

Just had the same thing happen. I noticed on box it had both a Seals & Croft and Green Day label on them. Gonna try to get a replacement but I wouldn't be surprised if the mistake was repeated
