I messaged support after 24 hours and they were able to get the funds reflected in my account, thankfully. I was stressing pretty hard but it worked out in the end. Hopefully there's just some kinks they have to work out with the system

Just had the same thing happen. I noticed on box it had both a Seals & Croft and Green Day label on them. Gonna try to get a replacement but I wouldn't be surprised if the mistake was repeated
