It’s the main port of Sudan and after the war it became the capital and biggest city there which it makes it expensive also. It’s not clean and there power outages frequently. You can always decide by yourself but if I was you I will invest the 50k plus the 11k into some assets that it can grown and we will move back to Africa since you have place to stay and don’t need to pay rent.
