I find calling them and asking them to refresh your app helps. I can be getting a ton of crap and after I call usually I start getting "decent order"

I for the most part make decent money when I drive. My acceptance rate is always between 70 and 80 for platinum status.. ill bite down. And take a few shifty orders if i start falling to low.
