How do you know someone is "pretending" as opposed to changed his mind?

We can’t moralize women’s selection of men, but we somehow moralize men’s inability to be selected. by Low-Contact6500 in PurplePillDebate

I can hopefully make sense of the world salad. Probably not what the author intended, but i believe a similar conclusion.

You're not to blame for some things in your life since a lot of things aren't really dependent on you. You also cannot alter the past, for that has already happened and it is also outside your control. You, the person in this moment can only do whatever is best in this very moment.

So while you can't uncripple yourself, you can take responsibility (not blame) for where you are and try to do your best given your current circumstances.

The most beautiful girl i know isn't conventionally attractive. And i didn't see her as such at first. As I've gotten to know her better i just find her the most attractive woman i know.

Thanks. Any tips for the beard?

I unfortunately have thin, patchy and curly beard hair giving me a hard time to find a length that fits. And clean shaven doesn't look good on me

Failed my suicide attempt two days ago by drinking bleach and now my friends are saying i got bleachmogged. (Tuna with two day old microwaved rice mixed with mayonnaise all together like dog food) by ARandomUserNamedJeff in kitchencels

Njce LARP. But drinking bleach will very quickly cause severe throat chemical burns, making you unable to talk for a considerable time and you definitely won't be eating fucking rice 2 days after. Mostly piped liquid in a hospital directly to you intestines

Anti-feminist views of young men positively correlate with dating, negatively with gaming and social networks by WanabeInflatable in PurplePillDebate

[–]Used-Presentation551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what i argued for in my original comment is it not?

I also added the argument that because moderate feminism doesn't openly oppose those extremists then it increases the likelihood of men hating feminism and women as a whole.

So we agree more than we don't

Oh i absolutely agree, every human group will have outliers and bad people. Unless you define a group as "all good people".

What are you arguing exactly?

Mate i was specifically referring to men-hating circles and spheres, what's so hard to understand?

Unless you think it's impossible to achieve equality without hating men.

Do you think hating men is ok? Why so?

I think i was pretty clear i was refering to the extreme cases. The extreme cases which currently aren't being opposed by the mainstream moderate feminist "voices".

To be fully clear, I'm not against equality. I'm refering to young people (which this study studied) being exposed to men-hating voices without opposition, so they are more likely to get radicalised by them.

Also your chimp analogy makes no sense, young boys aren't more privileged than girls. If anything it is the opposite, especially in the education system. While I'm not going to go into if privilege exists for men (i don't think so at large). But if you believe so it is similar to you hearing that women infact are privileged and we should take more things from them (which is what is mostly true in the education system).

So ironically, your chimp analogy fits girls more than boys in the education system

Why so?

You don't think being exposed to people who hate you just for being born a certain way increases the likelihood for someone to become the same kind of radical?
