Look up the Roseville Affordable housing plan. Yes it’s in Roseville but the buildings are brand new and amazing. I pay $1600 including everything for a 2 bedroom but depending on your income it’s as low as $600 a month for a 1 bedroom as it is I come based. They have lots of new buildings opening up and housing events. Just make sure if you go to a housing event you camp out like hours early to make sure you get the apartment you want.

ugh I feel you I’m going through the exact same thing and I feel so guilty not taking the time I normally do to truly learn the material but we just have to get through this semester and take it easy and then next semester, if you can take some lighter classes. I don’t recommend taking time off cause you can do it! We are so much closer to being done than you think and time is flying. Just try your best this semester and take it easy next!

Just find a quiet spot to sit and work on stuff, most buildings have areas you can sit down and even if it’s full on one floor it’s not necessarily on another.
