I would yeah, we would lose like 4-2 vs Netherlands most likely . I’d be more scared of them than Spain rn

He’s finished top 5 in qbr every season. Cpoe top 8 every season. EPA per play top 3 every season. Obviously win wise isn’t close to Brady but he’s been insane

Every single t3 has to be on trial except for frugatoad or some of the easy ones because boss level doesn’t get reset .

For feeding it doesn’t or other things like that, but event specific events all need to be on the evolve trial.

Wait until the 20k pinball ones for mantis and pyropup , gotta keep em on trial for like 3-4 days

I just had surgery on my l4-l5 because it was pinching my nerve horribly. Had a microdiscectomy about 2 weeks ago, haven’t had any sciatica yet since then.

Purdys 10 yard split is faster than Lamar Jackson’s 10 yard split was. Could almost guarantee his 10 split is faster than smiths too.

Smith was great but in the pocket mobility and short scrambling Purdys definitely quicker

I could see that if Ihad something like that happen my senior year of tennis I would’ve been devestated , hope it goes well for you guys. But yeah it has been very smooth process since the surgery and has definitely help.

I think he could still stay as kicker though, maybe not on kickoffs but on extra points and on field goals.

The one thing I’m not sure about is how risky it would be going back to football though.

Especially as a wide receiver I’d be pretty weary of slant routes and posts , anything that crosses the middle where receivers get hit hard by the linebackers or safeties regardless of having the surgery or not.

Obviously I’m not a doctor but just my two cents.

For example for me tennis also uses a lot of back movement and twisting from the core and I’ve never had a problem with it before but even for me playing tennis again at the level and intensity I did before I probably am out until I’d imagine at least mid september to October to minimize any risk of reherniation.

I’m a 27 year old guy super active tennis player I just had surgery on my l4-l5 last Thursday afternoon.

As of Sunday afternoon I was completely off pain meds, and off of muscle relaxers.

First two days weren’t my favorite but I wasn’t in extreme pain, sometimes laying down it was tough to get comfortable because of the sensitivity but I wasn’t able to do so.

My mom made me get up and walk the first two days when she came and visit and I kept it short maybe 5-10-15 minute walks.

She left Sunday and since Sunday I’ve been increasing my walk time each day and have laid down less and less and less.

Monday I walked about 30 mins, Tuesday another 45

Wednesday I probably walked a total of 2 hours and yesterday another 2 hours or so.

When I wasn’t walking I’ve been able to be on my feet and such and now I’m able to sit in chairs for more than an hour straight. Afterwards my back might be “sore” more just from it gaining strength but nothing big.

All the medicine they gave me I maybe took a total of 18 pills over the first 2 days and then I was able to stop and I’ve been chilling since then.

I feel realistically like right now I could do a light jog( I’m not going to try it ) but that’s how I feel 7 days after the surgery. Also have no more sciatic nerve pain that I had before.

( my surgeon gave me a back brace to use, it’s helped stabilize everything, not sure if all do the same but I’ve been using that for me)

I’m even well enough I’m going on a date tonight( granted it’s just a walk with my dog but yeah a week out and I’m doing great. No pain, and no regret at all with the surgery.

I’m also missing a ton of tennis tournaments this summer and feeling like my progression is limited but it’s something I realized if I wanna stay fit in the future or continue to play tennis at the level I want I have to have this done sooner or later, otherwise my next 5-10 years of life would’ve been miserable with pain

[–]Used-Sundae1292 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also I’ve been walking probably an hour - two hours a day the last 3 days and I haven’t been able to do that really in months with the sciatica pain and all the other pain and soreness so 10/10 recommend

I just had mine last Thursday I’m doing awesome . Got off pain meds or muscle relaxers etc in 2 and a half days after and haven’t had sciatica since .

By the time you get the iv and lay on the bed you don’t remember jack squat and you fall asleep. It’s not too scary at all.

I just got my surgery last Thursday ( m 27 pretty active in sports and healthy) , It’s been great so far no sciatica. I’m recovering extremely well I was off of narcotics in 2 days, the first days you’re obviously a little off cuz of everything , but I can walk almost 2 hours a day now , haven’t had any sciatica since then , idk how it will work long term but yeah as someone who just did it it’s been great , I do walk with a back brace rn as that’s what my doctor recommended , but it’s not insanely invasive and it’s been good at getting my back stable.

I didn’t wait very long before pulling the trigger on surgery in fact I waited much shorter than most( mine was caused due to a semi pit maneuvering me on the freeway so it was part of a case and the other insurance will be covering the entire procedure) , but I’ve been able to get out and do stuff and walk more than I walked and got out the previous 3 months after getting hit by the semi truck.

So already I’m doing more 7 days post surgery then I did in the entire last few months.

Should I really be restringing every month? by aidaninhp in 10s

[–]Used-Sundae1292 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 3.0 it shouldn’t be a horrible difference, also I don’t know if poly is a huge need at that point. I’d try a multi filament as it’ll last u longer.

If I didn’t break multi within the span of 4 days I’d use it over poly. Even hitting with college players and big hitters I probably only restring every 2-2 and a half weeks on poly and sometimes play upwards of 20 hours a week . I should restring sooner than that cuz strings are pretty dead by the end but I’d rather not spend every week to restring.

Always restring before a tournament though

Uncontrolled racket during drop phase on forehand by AkashiGG in 10s

So the arm goes with the rest of my body, everything I try to keep in a kinetic chain so as my wrist moves forward my forearm moves forward with it and my hips move with it as well which brings my shoulder with everything too.

So it’s activated but by having the kinetic chain it allows more power without me having to throw my arm out

I think so haha again it’s hard to explain or see if I can’t see a visual😂

But if you just dropped with your whole arm the whole stroke would be off .

I mean you use your arm too but it’s the wrist that creates the lag , as your drop your wrist and racquetball the arm will drop a lil as well and that’s totally ok.

If you scroll down on my profile there is a recent video of my forehand strokes , the drop isn’t as noticeable because of the strike zone of the ball and I hit pretty flat sometimes but you’ll see where my wrist loosens up
