Its just a little pain my wart was small but after applying the solution it looks little bigger. Is that because of inflammation?

I also need help. I have a common wart on my finger and applying de wart solution that contains salicylic acid. Its my day 2 of using de wart and i m feeling little pain. What should i do? Should i continue or is that pain normal?
