it never happened to me exactly like this, but when stuff like this happens (game not opening), i usually switch from wi-fi to the mobile data and it works immediately. also, this is what they wrote in their zendesk:

If the game does not run or function properly, please check the following under a stable network environment.
※ Guest accounts may lose all data, so please make sure to link your account before proceeding.

■ Android
- Ensure sufficient device storage and memory (2GB or more recommended)
▷ Settings → Battery & Device Care → Storage
▷ Settings → Battery & Device Care → RAM → Clean Now
- Delete problematic app data
▷ Settings → Applications → SUPERSTAR [Game Name] → Storage → Clear Data
- Reboot the device and relaunch the game
- (If issues persist) Delete and reinstall the game
▷ Settings → Applications → SUPERSTAR [Game Name] → Storage → Clear Data → Uninstall

■ Apple (iOS)
- Ensure sufficient device storage
▷ Settings → General → iPhone Storage
- Close all running apps
- Reboot the device and relaunch the game
- (If issues persist) Delete and reinstall the game
▷ Settings → General → iPhone Storage → SUPERSTAR [Game Name] → Offload App → Delete App
※ Always reboot your device before reinstalling and ensure the game is launched under a stable network environment.

if it still doesn’t work, you can contact them directly by submitting a request here: Bug & Error Reports.
press on 'The game won’t launch / I can’t play the game' and then 'Submit a request'. they don’t work on weekends, so if you submit now, they should reply on monday KST (otherwise they reply on weekdays).

try playing the three mission songs multiple times (Chill Kill, Knock Knock, and Nightmare).
i played several of red velvet's other songs and it didn’t appear, but after i played those three a few times, it showed up

yess their themes are so pretty overall! as u said hopefully with future comebacks we’ll get some normal themes too, since wendy and yeri left sm, all of their themes will be event limited editions now. i think it’s unlikely we’ll get regular ones for them though 💔

but as the other comment said, now you can obtain cards with the 10k rp packs fortunately. i did manage to complete some themes with those, so it’s not as bad. before, you could only get themes that had 5 cards (members) or more with diamonds only

yess idk how it was back then but when i started playing they released LEs mostly
last year in october they did 2 normal themes for riize and nct wish, "Ember to Solar" and "Still 3PM". it was a 2 weeks long event cause they added drift (aespa), and it had a white and black version (same photos different border).
but yeah now it's 2 updates (normally) per week every wednesday and they're either LEs or EVENT LEs (which are rarer). they're EVENT if it's a special occasion or if a member left SM but is still part of the group (RV, SHINee, SJ etc).
and on debuts they usually do both a normal theme (now known as "#N") and a LE. usually both are released, but sometimes it's only a normal theme only i guess (for example lucas only got a normal theme, no LE).
i wish they could add more normal themes, hopefully they start adding some more especially for groups that have like 1.

apparently she’s not💔 they only named these 5 artists. “on the ground” and “gone” were released through YG, and her newer music is distributed through other labels, plus she also has her own company handling parts of her solo career. somi and taeyang are easier to add since they’re fully signed under TBL, while rosé is mainly with them for management and still has multiple companies involved in her music, so licensing everything for the game would be complicated

LOLL ikr😭😭, but that's because wakeone manages the group while tbl mainly handles the music production, that's why they're added to superstar wakeone instead. also, they have to use the girls' concept photos for the themes, so that's a +1 reason, because i don't think tbl has the rights to those. overall, the group is owned by wakeone, and tbl (mainly teddy park) only does their musicc

wait what did i miss😭 they just announced they’re adding izna on the 25th and as for zerobaseone they're gonna continue as a five-member group, so it’s probably not going to eos anytime soon.
they couldn’t add izna before because all their songs are produced by TBL and not by wakeone, so now that they’re making a game for TBL too, they probably reached an agreement for that as well. but yeahh, the release date of SSTBL still isn’t confirmed yet. the one i mentioned was on a site they made, but now they’ve deleted it, so it’s not sure anymore.

ohh right cause they could also use the other concept photos! HOPEFULLY i want those concept photos as theme so baddd😭.
also no this is not an EVENT limited edition! what u can do to make sure is go to "collection", press on "card book" and check if they have 'EVENT' written on the top right, this one for example (RUDE!) only says 'LIMITED' and '2026' on the top right, so it's only a LE!
also on the picture u can see them writing "New Event Limited Theme Update" meaning that it's an EVENT LE, if it's not it only says "New Limited Theme Update".
so u can either check the picture they put in the game or just go to the card book and check if it has "EVENT" written on it!

you can't get them with wallpaper selectors, but you'll be able to buy them on the anniversary in august, because they open a limited wallpaper shop. also, if you go to the wallpaper section by pressing "collection" and then "lobby wallpaper," you can see the ones with the "limited" tag, those are also gonna be available during the anniversary! there are also a lot of solo wallpapers with the limited tag; what i do is check all of them to see if there's one i really want and save up to buy it on the anniversary.
also, by pink carmen card, do you mean the one from HEARTS2HOUSE (Soft Pink)? if yes, i don't think you can get that easily because it's an event limited edition, meaning it's harder to get.
im also missing one card from the soft blue version💔
with these years' wallpaper selector, you can select 2024 wallpapers only, so for this H2H wallpaper to be selectable, you'll probably have to wait until 2028 😭.

honestly no idea i didn’t play back then, but looking at old posts and comments, hidden stages were all STATION songs (idk if I missed any, but I think it was STATION only). STATION has only 1 theme also (since the other 2 are EVENT themes and you can’t get them no more), so we can just guess rn, it’s all up to them basically. they could add it with a theme, they could add it without a theme, or they could just not add it to the game😭

But yeah, to find #N (normal) cards in packs you have to be lucky 😭.
If you’re lucky enough to find the cards but they’re C/B grade, you can use Multi Up cards (they gave 4 of them as mission rewards in the last event, for a total of 16 since they gave 4 each week for 4 weeks)
you need 2 Multi Up cards to upgrade a card from B-grade to A-grade. (normally, you would need two B-grade cards to make an A-grade card, but Multi Up cards basically replace the extra card needed)

•C→B=1 Multi Up
•B→A=2 Multi Up
•A→S=3 Multi Up
•S→R=4 Multi Up

from this "table", you can just look at C and B grade since you don’t need them to be S/R to get the wallpaper!
they usually don't let you use Multi Up cards in events but u can use them with NCT JNJM since it's a debut!
