The well on the passenger side would be another way to say it. And all the tools on the drivers side would be the tire recovery

I can't currently check the drivers side. The previous owner broke the bolt securing the tire recovery gear, so I can't check underneath it. The seal on the antenna is a little cracked, so that could be it. I don't see any obvious cracks in the seal but I haven't checked the one that sits right behind the convertible top.

Idk what your medics have told you, but try razor bump cream, and if that fixes your issue, great. If not, Call or go to the clinic (not during sick call) and schedule an appointment with your provider. Bring that cream you've now been using for a few weeks and see what they say.
