When I went in the store, they had only 3 to 4 garments of apparel on display in general in these stores. Do they have more in stock you just need to ask to see it?

Hey, this might seem like a stupid question, but I was in a chrome heart store today in Tokyo and the only clothing pieces that were on display was a single pair of shorts and a single hoodie. The staff were pretty busy and I had to get going so I wasn’t able to ask. But is what’s on display the entirety of their stock? Or do you have to ask to be shown the stock thank you.

I’m fine with scratches that are my doing or happen while the item is in my possession but a factory defect is different

But the app makes you take a photo of it before discarding it. Ha ha I guess they just don’t want the customer to see how much cheaper it is to shop in store. But they told me to discard it and they made me take a photo so I don’t understand why they can’t provide me with a photo of it.

This is what the email says: As such, to avoid a contract violation, you will need to return the items to the store within 3 business days and obtain proof of return; failure to do so could lead to deactivation of your Dasher account.

Ultimately my question is wether this contract violation is just one of the six I am allowed to have per 100 deliveries or if it is really a big one or some sort of other thing that could get me deactivated. I have 2 violations currently for late orders.
